Exchanges and Returns
Returns and exchanges are within 20 days (from date of arrival) and are subject to a restocking fee on all returned items (does not apply to exchanged items).
All returned items must be in its original factory condition and packaging. We will not accept worn, misused, stained, soiled or laundered items for return or exchange.
Note: Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Customer is responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Please Note: Actual fabric colors may vary due to browser and computer settings. We offer FREE FABRIC SWATCHES. .
For any order changes or cancellations please call us toll free as soon as possible 888-405-4758, between hours of 9:00 A.M and 5:00 P.M. EST Monday through Friday Or via e-mail . Please Note: Custom sizes and products marked * are not returnable.
Return and Exchange Instructions
Ship all returned items back to the address found on your order form. All returns and exchanges must have a tracking number. All freight charges are customer’s responsibility. Please include copy of original sales slip and state the reason for return or exchange. Credit is posted to your credit card account within 10 days of receipt on our end, and can take one billing cycle to appear on your credit card.
Restocking fee as follows:
Non custom slip covers 10%. Beanbags, Furniture Frames & Papasan Loungers 25%.
No Returns or Exchanges on following products:
Custom made slip covers
Items that are marked as "Non Returnable"
Mattresses: Federal law prohibits exchanges of mattresses.
