Most standard size futon covers, furniture slipcovers, fitted mattress
covers, skirted futon slipcovers, daybed covers, fabric by the yard, bed covers,
pillows, pillow packs, bean bags and other soft goods are shipped out within 2
business days. Most custom orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Allow additional 2 to 7 days for transit. If we have questions about your custom order we will contact you via email within 24 hours from the date of the order. If change to the order was made, your credit card will not be charged until you have verified and accepted the charges. Customers who place orders online are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered. Customers who placed orders by phone or chat must review their receipt for accuracy. All of our products are shipped from our Woodside, NY factory via FedEx Ground. Express service is available at an additional cost.

Express shipping is available for an additional charge. Express orders that are placed and charged before 12 noon EST are shipped the following business day, except if it falls on a weekend /holiday, the order will ship the following business day). Express packages are not delivered on weekends, however if you require a Saturday delivery please contact us, it may be arranged for an extra charge. Shipping charges do not include tax, duty, or brokerage fees (if any) as these are billed separately and are a responsibly of the customer. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only.
Delivery acceptance instructions
Delivery must be signed for by the customer or an individual at least
eighteen years old that the customer designates to have the authority to sign
for the delivery. Before signing for the delivery, please inspect thoroughly for
any damage, shortages, etc.
In the unlikely event that damage or a shortage has occurred in transit, make a
notation on the waybill, retain applicable packaging materials, and notify us
immediately at 718- 478-5234.
In the rare situation, your order may arrive damaged, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us within 48 hours of the delivery. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please take a picture and refuse the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item.
